Reclaiming your essence through reconnecting with nature

Our Philosophy

Our Philosophy

Our Philosophy

Living in an era more digitally connected than ever before has meant constant and instant access to one another. Yet,  humanity has never been more disconnected from each other, from ourselves, and from the natural world.

Advancing technology has brought countless conveniences but it has also quietly pulled us away from the slow, grounding rhythms that humans have relied on for thousands of years.

Our minds and bodies were not designed for constant notifications, endless screens, and the pressure to always be “on.” As a result, many people find themselves starved for presence, meaning, and genuine human connection.

Our Approach

Our Philosophy

Our Philosophy

You are the expert of your own story. As therapist, my role is to be a guide who walks beside you on your journey  - using evidenced based tools, training, and compassion to help you navigate challenges, deepen self‑understanding, and reconnect with the healing abilities you already possess. Together, we will uncover insights, reduce distress, and embrace meaningful change.

Our approach to mental health endeavors to reintegrate what modern life has pushed to the margins: mindful observation, embodied experience, and authentic connection. By weaving nature into the therapeutic process, the aim is to help clients reconnect with the parts of themselves that may feel lost, creating space for healing, resilience, and a sense of belonging.

Our SETTINGS

While we offer the traditional in-office and virtual options, we believe that incorporating nature into the therapeutic process will foster the most effective and long-lasting change towards living happier and healthier lives.

Research has shown that the natural environment reduces stress, calms the nervous system, lifts mood, and eases worry and/or sadness. As well, being outdoors helps restore attention, supports clearer thinking, and creates space for deeper emotional reflection.

The natural environment is simply an option for you to consider but sessions can certainly occur within the traditional in-office setting too if that is your preference.
